Sacrament of Baptism

Baptism is the first Sacrament celebrated by our Catholic faith. Through the initiation of baptism, all are welcomed into the Catholic faith and receive the gifts to free one from original sin.

Requirement:
Infants – 7 years old
Must be registered members of either Guardian Angels or another Catholic Church for at least three months prior to the Baptism.
Attend a Baptism Preparation Interview with our Priest.
Attend a Baptism Preparation Class for Parents and Godparents here or in your home parish. Please have that parish send notification that you completed this class.
Godparents mush be practicing Catholics, registered in their parish. Godparents can be of any gender, normally above the age of 18.
