SUMMARY:Society of St. Vincent de Paul Meeting
DESCRIPTION:The St. Vincent de Paul Society conference at Guardian Angels was formed in October 2021. Since that time our group has learned much about each other and our neighbors in need. We continue to provide assistance to neighbors in Mead\, Berthoud\, Longmont\, Platteville\, and other nearby communities. We provide not only material assistance such as rent\, utilities\, telephone bills\, fuel\, and groceries but also offer friendship\, understanding\, and prayer. \n  \nMost of the financial assistance we provide comes from the generosity of Guardian Angels parishioners. We provided almost $8000 in rent assistance locally over the previous year thanks\, in large part to the generosity of Guardian Angels parishioners. With growing needs\, we have already exceeded $8000 in rent assistance in the six months of the current fiscal year. \n  \nAttend this meeting to join our Society of St. Vincent de Paul at Guardian Angels so we can do more for those in need in our community. We meet on the first and third Thursdays of each month at 7 pm in the parish conference room and on Zoom.

SUMMARY:Our Lady of Fatima Statue at Guardian Angels
DESCRIPTION:The beautiful Our Lady of Fatima statue has arrived at Guardian Angels. Hand-crafted from a single piece of African wood in Portugal\, the 140-pound work of art will be in the sanctuary through July 31. The statue is a visible reminder to pray to Our Lady\, and to pray as a family.\n\nThe Rosary will be prayed in the sanctuary with the statue on the following schedule:\n\nFriday\, July 19 and 26 at 5:30 pm\nSaturday\, July 20 and 27 at 3:30 pm (during Adoration and Confessions)\nSunday\, July 21 and 28 at 5:30 pm\nMonday\, July 22 and 29 at 5:30 pm\nTuesday\, July 23 and 30 at 5:30 pm\nWednesday\, July 24 at 4 pm and Wednesday\, July 31 at 8:30 am\nThursday\, July 25 at 5:30 pm\n\n\nHand-crafted\, blessed rosaries from Bethlehem are free for all in the Prayer in the Square box located by the statue.\n\nWe are grateful to Catholic Charities and Prayer in the Square for sharing this opportunity with the Guardian Angels community. SUMMARY:Society of St. Vincent de Paul Meeting
DESCRIPTION:The St. Vincent de Paul Society conference at Guardian Angels was formed in October 2021. Since that time our group has learned much about each other and our neighbors in need. We continue to provide assistance to neighbors in Mead\, Berthoud\, Longmont\, Platteville\, and other nearby communities. We provide not only material assistance such as rent\, utilities\, telephone bills\, fuel\, and groceries but also offer friendship\, understanding\, and prayer. \n  \nMost of the financial assistance we provide comes from the generosity of Guardian Angels parishioners. We provided almost $8000 in rent assistance locally over the previous year thanks\, in large part to the generosity of Guardian Angels parishioners. With growing needs\, we have already exceeded $8000 in rent assistance in the six months of the current fiscal year. \n  \nAttend this meeting to join our Society of St. Vincent de Paul at Guardian Angels so we can do more for those in need in our community. We meet on the first and third Thursdays of each month at 7 pm in the parish conference room and on Zoom.
